Acceptance

By using https://nurtr-ai.com or the NURTR service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

NURTR is a software service that helps businesses nurture and follow up with leads by text and email, including through the AI assistant “NYA.” Features and availability may change over time.

Subscriptions & billing

NURTR is offered on a subscription basis (for example, NYA Starter at $97/month and NURTR Pro at $497/month). Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled.

You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable and we do not provide partial-period refunds.

Acceptable use

You agree to use NURTR lawfully, to obtain any required consent before messaging your contacts, to comply with messaging and telemarketing laws (including SMS opt-in/opt-out and applicable A2P requirements), and not to send prohibited, unlawful, or unsolicited content.

Intellectual property

NURTR, NYA, and all related software and content are owned by NURTR and its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the service; you may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer it.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, appointments, replies, or revenue.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NURTR is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
