The short version: NURTR collects the contact details you give us so our assistant (NYA) can follow up with your leads by text and email. We honor opt-outs and do not sell your personal information.
Information we collect
- Details you provide when you sign up or request a demo — such as name, email, phone number, and business information
- Lead and contact information you or your leads submit so NURTR can nurture them
- Usage and technical data (IP, browser, activity) collected via cookies and analytics
Text messaging (SMS)
NURTR is a lead-nurture tool that sends text messages on your behalf and to you. By providing a mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive automated and non-automated texts related to the service. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. We obtain consent before texting and honor opt-outs promptly.
Mobile information is not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing. Consent for SMS is not shared with third parties except subcontractors (such as the messaging carrier) that help deliver the service.
How we use it
- To provide, operate, and improve the NURTR service and the NYA assistant
- To send you and your leads the messages and follow-ups you configure
- To process subscriptions and provide support
- To secure the service and comply with law
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate — such as hosting, messaging carriers, payment processing, and analytics — and only as needed to deliver the service, or where required by law.
Data retention
We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
Your choices & rights
You may access, correct, or delete your information, opt out of texts (reply STOP) and emails (unsubscribe) at any time, and, depending on where you live, exercise additional rights under applicable law. Email us to make a request.
